Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and associated personal data from any app published by Shri Ganesh Pvt. ITI, Yawal (ITI Training Material, SGITI Student and ITI Student). There are two ways:

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
4. Your account and personal data are removed from our active systems immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email or phone

If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request from your registered email address, or call / message our helpline below. Please include the app name and the name / email you registered with, so we can find your account.

We action every valid request within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, profile details, login credentials, saved preferences, downloads list and app-activity history are permanently deleted.

What may be kept

We may retain a minimal record only where the law requires it (for example, basic transaction logs for accounting or fraud-prevention). Such records are not used to identify or contact you and are deleted once the legal retention period ends. Our apps currently have no in-app payments, so no payment records are stored.

Anonymous analytics

Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained to keep the apps running.
