By accessing or using an app published by Shri Ganesh Pvt. ITI, Yawal (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should use the App under the guidance of a parent, guardian or teacher.
Our apps provide training and study material for Industrial Training Institute (ITI) trades and subjects, as described on each app’s store listing. The apps are currently provided free of charge. We may add, modify or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
The App requires you to sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Do not share your account with others.
These apps are independent products. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NCVT, DGT, any government department, board, authority or other organisation.
We make sincere efforts to keep the content correct and up to date. However, content may contain errors or become outdated. Always verify important information (syllabus, exam rules, dates) from the official authoritative source before relying on it.
The App uses trusted third-party services: Google Sign-In (login) and Google Firebase (push notifications and analytics). Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial study purposes. You must not attempt to hack, decompile, scrape, copy, resell or redistribute the App or its content, or share downloaded material externally.
The App’s design, text, graphics, content and software are owned by Shri Ganesh Pvt. ITI, Yawal or its licensors. You may use the content for your personal study only; reproduction or redistribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any material you download is licensed for offline personal use within the App only. It may not be extracted, printed for sale, or shared externally.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shri Ganesh Pvt. ITI, Yawal and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available in the App and on this page. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
