Shri Ganesh Pvt. ITI, Yawal (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using an app, you agree to this policy.
a) Information you provide: Your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google. If you complete your profile, the mobile number and other details you enter.
b) Usage data: Basic information about how you use the app (screens opened, material viewed) so we can run the features you have asked for and improve the service.
c) Technical data: A device push-notification token (to deliver notifications), app version, device model and operating-system version for diagnostics and crash reports.
We do not collect your contacts, photos, files, location, SMS or call logs. Our apps currently have no in-app payments, so no card, UPI or bank information is collected.
We use your information only to:
• Create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• Show the training / study material and features offered by the app.
• Send you the service and study notifications you have enabled.
• Diagnose crashes, prevent misuse and improve the app.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers: Google Sign-In (to log you in) and Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging & Analytics) for push notifications and anonymous usage analytics. These providers process data under their own privacy policies (Google, Firebase). We share only what is needed for these functions to work.
Your data is stored on secured servers and is kept only while your account is active or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted transport, access control) to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us to view, correct or permanently delete your personal data and account at any time by emailing tushardhande1990@gmail.com. We will action account-deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where the law requires. You can manage notification permissions from your device settings.
The apps are intended for students aged 13 and above and for adults. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app and on this page, with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
